"My ancient cat, Thomas, is probably getting close to"that time". I called, and the amazing receptionist, Ginger, listened and helped me make a plan. I talked to her a few times through the day, and she was always compassionate and helpful. I arrived for a quality of life exam, and encountered Alex the technician, and Dr. Hartog. Amazing care from both of them... from holding my angry boy, to answering my random questions, to handing me a tissue when I got upset... I don't think it's long for him, but what an awesome decision I made to go here and put my soul at ease. I even got to hug Ginger on the way out.. Thank you all"
