Caroline has always had connection with animals – big or small, furry or scaly, she has never met a baby or injured animal she didn’t need to save. She left the hospitality industry after almost 15 years, and we gladly welcomed Caroline’s commitment to animal care when she joined our Client Service Representative team in 2017. She loves to create an atmosphere of joy and excitement - rather than fear and stress - for our patients and considers their happiness to be the most rewarding aspect of her job. Caroline brings the same charm into the lives of her husband and beautiful daughter, exploring and learning together as often as possible.
