Cat has been a dedicated Haines Road team member for 10 whole years! With almost 20 years of experience, she’s our CVT supervisor and currently working toward her BAS in Veterinary Management at St. Petersburg College. Between her role as a supervisor, student, and mother, she works tirelessly nursing sick pets back to health and providing support to their families.

Having spent her childhood rehabbing wildlife with her family, Christina’s passion caring for the animals and nursing them back to health flourished into a career. After graduating from St. Petersburg College and quickly obtaining her certificate to become a CVT, she has worked in veterinary medicine for 8 years.

Certified Veterinary Technician, Fear Free Certified

Lisa began her journey with us way back in 1996 and graduated from St. Petersburg College in 1997. Not only is Lisa a CVT, but she also has a Bachelor's of Applied Science in clinical veterinary technology and hospital management.

After graduating from Asheville Buncombe Technical Community College in 2013, she made her way to the state of Florida and then into our hearts in 2016 when she joined our CVT team. With a knack for comforting both pets and their owners through Fear Free practices and her easy going personality, she quickly became our surgery supervisor in 2017.

Ashli’s interest in pet care began from an early age and her desire to help animals brought to join a kennel staff when she turned 18. She immediately fell in love with caring for the boarders and wanted to do more for the patients in her care, which inspired her to begin the Vet Tech program at St. Petersburg College.

Samantha has worked in the veterinary field since 2010, became a CVT in 2012, and obtained her bachelors degree last year at local St. Petersburg College. She began her professional journey practicing shelter medicine, working in various shelters across the Tampa Bay Area.

From a very early age, Christine knew she wanted to work with animals. So, the moment she graduated from high school she set her sights on becoming a Certified Vet Tech and then working towards a degree in Veterinary Medicine. After graduating from SPC with her AA and AS in 2016, she achieved her certification and was brought on full time as a CVT.

Certified Veterinary Technician

Jeana’s childhood was spent volunteering in various shelters, pet sitting for neighbors and friends, and eventually working in stables caring for different livestock. Her love of animals has influenced so much of her life, ultimately leading her to the Veterinary Medicine program at SPC after having moved from Michigan in 2015 with her husband.

Certified Veterinary Technician

Jenni started out rescuing injured squirrels and pigeons, spending much of her childhood nursing her new patients back to health. When she was just 9 years old, family and neighbors began entrusting their pets in her care and she took every opportunity to look after their furry family members.
